Discovery+ Update on Subscription Price Increase on July 28th in the UK
Discovery+ email update sent to UK subscribers notifying them of a subscription price increase starting July 28, 2025. Below is a screenshot of the update.
Previously, the Discovery+ Premium plan—which included both sports and entertainment, was priced at £30.99/month. The Premium plan is now being discontinued and split into two separate plans:
- Discovery+ TNT Sports: £30.99/month
Discovery+ Entertainment: £3.99/month
If you need both Discovery+ TNT Sports and Entertainment, it is now priced at £33.99/month, which is a £3.00 increase compared to the retired Discovery+ Premium plan.
The table below shows the three new pricing plans and price changes;

The new prices and plans take effect immediately for new customers. Existing customers will automatically be moved to the TNT Sports & Entertainment plan, priced at £33.99/month.
