OpenAI update on Introducing ChatGPT Go subscription plan in Indonesia
Nick Turley, Head of ChatGPT, just shared an update on the launch of the ChatGPT Go subscription plan in Indonesia. Below is a screenshot of the update.
The ChatGPT Go subscription plan in Indonesia costs Rp75.000 per month, which, at current exchange rates, is equivalent to $4.48. This is significantly cheaper than the lowest plan in other countries, ChatGPT Plus, which costs $20 per month or Rp349.000 in Indonesia. ChatGPT Go is currently available only in Indonesia and India.
Nick Turley, Head of ChatGPT, noted that since ChatGPT Go subscription was launched a month ago in India, total subscriptions have doubled. He also added that Indonesia is currently among the top five ChatGPT markets in terms of active users.
The ChatGPT Go plan will only be visible on the pricing page if you are accessing ChatGPT with an address based in Indonesia or India.
