Framer Update on Subscription Price Changes in October
Framer has updated its subscription prices to reflect both increases and decreases across several plans starting October 9, 2025. Below is a screenshot of the update.
The Framer Mini plan, which cost $5 per month (billed annually), has been discontinued. Existing users on this plan can voluntarily move to the Basic plan, which costs $10 per month (billed annually). This represents a 100% price increase but includes additional features.
If you were on the old Basic plan, previously priced at $15 per month, the new price is $10 per month, giving you a 33% decrease in cost.
The Pro plan has also increased from $28 to $30 per month (billed annually), a 7% rise, but now comes with expanded limits and seat capacity.
For business users, the Startup (or launch) plan priced at $75 per month and the Scaleup plan at $200 per month have been consolidated into a single Scale plan at $100 per month (billed annually). This means that if you were on the Startup plan, the new plan is 33% more expensive, but if you were on the Scaleup plan, it is now 50% cheaper.
The table below shows the price changes
Plan | Old Price (USD) | New Price (USD) | % Change |
---|---|---|---|
Free | Free | Free | 0% |
Mini (now Basic) | $5 | $10 | +100% |
Basic | $15 | $10 | -33% |
Pro | $28 | $30 | +7% |
Startup (now Scale) | $75 | $100 | +33% |
Scaleup (now Scale) | $200 | $100 | -50% |
Framer says that about 60% of customers will see a price decrease of 30% as a result of the plan changes. It adds that if the changes result in a price increase, you have the option to remain on your old plan.
We will continue to monitor Framer’s price changes and update them on the Framer Pricing History page.
