GeoGuessr Update on Pro Subscription Price Increase on July 5th
GeoGuessr has sent an email update to subscribers notifying them of a price increase for the Pro subscription plan starting July 5, 2025. A screenshot of the email update is attached below.
The GeoGuessr Pro subscription price is increasing for users who are still on the legacy Pro pricing plan. In earlier years, GeoGuessr offered a single Pro plan for individuals, priced at $3.49 per month or $23.88 per year. Subscribers who are still on this older pricing structure will be the ones affected by the upcoming changes.
Currently, GeoGuessr offers three plans: Basic, Unlimited, and Elite, priced at $3.99, $4.99, and $9.99 per month respectively, or $29.88, $35.88, and $59.88 per year.

First and foremost, thanks for being such an important part of the GeoGuessr community!
We’re reaching out to let you know about an upcoming change to your subscription. Starting on your next billing date (05 July 2025), the price for your GeoGuessr Pro Yearly will adjust to USD 35.88 per year (equivalent to USD 2.99 per month). This aligns with the pricing for all new Pro subscribers already from February 1st, 2024.
Since we launched the Pro plan back in 2019, a lot has happened to the game. We’ve introduced many new features and game modes, including the popular Duels mode. The game now offers a party and multiplayer format, a global world cup competition, and is also available as mobile apps. The price change will allow us to continue investing in the game - bringing you exciting new features.
