A 20% One Fair Wage surcharge is added to all customer checks as part of the One Fair Wage movement & in support of the end of sub-minimum wages for tipped workers & other long-held & unfair practices in the service industry.

Bouldin Creek chose this surcharge model because it adds DOCUMENTED & TRANSPARENT ACCOUNTABILITY that simply raising prices does not.
