Here is the full text from Dave & Buster’s on the upcoming pricing changes:
As part of our ongoing efforts to manage rising costs due to tariffs while maintaining a strong value proposition for our Guests, we are implementing three key initiatives this month. These changes are designed to help offset tariff impacts, align pricing strategies across the Midway, and streamline our offerings for a better Guest experience.
WIN! Pricing: On Friday, June 13th, you will receive a shipment from Magna IV containing updated customer-facing price tags for WIN! merchandise. Additionally, new signage for iPad Special Orders, Grid Wall Plush, and Floor Basket items will be available for download and printing in Workday. All go-forward items now reflect updated ticket prices to account for tariff-related cost impacts and to align with Midway game pricing changes. On average, prices have increased by approximately 27%, though the change varies by item. Please ensure all old price tags and signage for Grid Wall and Floor Basket items are removed and replaced with the new versions on Monday, June 16th. RPOS will also be updated with the new pricing effective Tuesday, June 17th. If any item shows an incorrect price in RPOS, please contact Michael Wren directly with the details. Corrections will be made via overnight update.
Rate Card Test Stores will only see a roughly 7% increase due to already taking a 20% increase.
Top Off Tickets: Top Off Tickets program is getting streamlined, going from 3 options to 2 options: 1.5 for 50 tickets and 1.5 or 50 tickets and 3 for 100 tickets. Please be ready to remove the old POP and replace with the new POP. Shipping links to the new POP will be shared once available. POS will also be updated with new options and pricing effective June 17th. If issues arise, please submit an IT Connect ticket.
Midway Game Pricing: To offset the price increase impact on our guest experience, we are simplifying and reducing game-level prices (excluding claw machines) to give guests more gameplay value. Most games will be rounded down to a full integer (e.g., not more 8.75 or 9.25) or more. This will only apply to stores that have not been part of the rate card test we’ve run in ~30 stores to date (whom already benefit from this). MARS will also update pricing at the game-level effective June 17th. Final game pricing can be viewed HERE. If issues arise, please submit an IT Connect ticket.
